试剂盒天然样本检测量：EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cells (105 cells/mL) were cultured for 2 days in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum and stimulated with 10 μg/mL PHA and 10 ng/mL PMA. The culture supernate was assayed for mouse CCL2 and measured 49.00pg/mL.Rat splenocytes (1 x 107 cells/mL) were cultured for 2 days in DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal calf serum and stimulated with 5 μg/mL Conconavalin A. The cell culture supernate was removed, assayed for levels of mouse CCL2 and measured 647 pg/mL.
