In Vitro: N-Dodecyl-β-D-maltosid (0.02-10 mg/mL; 90 min) can promote the reactivation of denatured adenosine deaminase, 3-phosphoglycerol phosphokinase, myokinase and 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase in the denatured enzyme dilutive solution (The enzyme activity reaches the maximum at 0.06 mg/mL, and the enzyme activity reaches 98%), but doesn’t significantly reactivate phosphoglucomutase.
