文献和实验氨基酸脱羧酶的一种。是催化多巴（ DOPA）脱羧产生多巴胺（ dopamine）（即羟基铬胺， hydro－ xytyramine）反应的酶。 EC4． 1． 1． 26．见于动物的肾和肝脏，特别是在土拨鼠和兔的肾脏中最多。这种酶不仅对多巴有特异性，而且对苯丙氨酸的邻位和间位上具有 OH基的衍生物也具有作用，只不过作用速度稍慢。通过加吡哆醛磷酸，活性可增强，像羟胺（ hy－ droxylamine）的那种乙醛试剂可抑制其活性。最适 pH为 6． 8，具有活性的 pH范围比较
