Intended use
This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of rat Trefoil factor 3, TFF3 concentrations in serum, Plasma, tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
Test principle
The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to TFF3. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for TFF3 and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain TFF3, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of TFF3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

组织充分那就可以用这些试剂盒检测。 当然，不同公司cAMP试剂盒灵敏度有些差异，这个也需要做好选择。 另外，选择这些试剂盒时还需要根据自己实验室的仪器配置来选择，例如Cisbio,跟PE公司的cAMP试剂盒是基于TR-FRET方法的，因此酶标仪必须有TRF跟FRET功能；Promega公司的试剂盒是化学发光的，因此仪器上需要有Luminescence; DiscoverX的试剂盒也是测的Luminescence；其他一些公司就是Elisa试剂盒，这个大家就比较
