产品活性：Levomenol ((-)-α-Bisabolol) 是一种单环倍半萜醇，具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡的作用。Levomenol 还具有神经保护作用，通过减少小鼠永久性局灶性脑缺血诱导的促炎标志物，防止神经元损伤和记忆缺陷。Levomenol 减轻三叉神经性疼痛啮齿动物模型的伤害性行为和中枢敏感性。

In Vivo: Levomenol ((-)-α-Bisabolol) (100-200 mg/kg; p.o.; one day before and 1 h after pMCAO; once daily for the following five day; Male Swiss mice) significantly reduces the infarcted area and neurological deficits caused by pMCAO. pMCAO: permanent media cerebral artery occlusion.
(−)-α-bisabolol exerts anti-inflammatory effects by reducing astrogliosis, MPO activity, and TNF-α and iNOS production.
