保存条件 : Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 : NCF4 is a cytosolic oxidase associated protein. It is a component of the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase, which mediates down regulation of NADPH oxidase through interactions with its SH3 domain. NCF4 is associated with p67 phox but is absent in patients with chronic granulomatous disease who lack p67 phox.
Function:
Component of the NADPH-oxidase, a multicomponent enzyme system responsible for the oxidative burst in which electrons are transported from NADPH to molecular oxygen, generating reactive oxidant intermediates. It may be important for the assembly and/or activation of the NADPH-oxidase complex.
Subunit:
p40-PHOX associates primarily with p67-PHOX to form a complex with p47-PHOX.
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity:
Expression is restricted to hematopoietic cells.
