Product Description:Mouse Mitochondrial inner membrane protein, Immt ELISA KIT allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse Immt concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA Test Principle:
The microtiter plate provided in Mouse Mitochondrial inner membrane protein, Immt ELISA KIT has been pre-coated with an Mouse Mitochondrial inner membrane protein, Immt antibody specific to Mouse Immt .Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for Mouse Immt and then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Mouse Immt , biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm.The concentration of Mouse Immt in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

the structural and functional characteristics of a membrane protein. Here we describe the use of cardiolipin-containing liposomes to analyze the interaction of the import protein Tim44 with the inner mitochondrial membrane. Using this system we showed that Tim44
of mitochondrial fusion in vitro (5 ). Using this in vitro fusion assay, we have separated outer mitochondrial membrane fusion from inner and identified the mechanistic requirements for each step.
