The microtiter plate provided in Mouse 3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 1, Srd5a1 ELISA has been pre-coated with an Mouse 3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 1, Srd5a1 ELISA antibody specific to Mouse 3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 1, Srd5a1 ELISA .Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for Mouse 3-oxo-5-alpha-steroid 4-dehydrogenase 1, Srd5a1 ELISA and then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well.
