Principle of OH Vitamin D ELISA KIT|Human
The microtiter plate provided in OH Vitamin D ELISA KIT|Human has been pre-coated with an Human OH Vitamin D antibody specific to Human OH Vitamin D. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated Human OH Vitamin Dantibody preparation specific for Human OH Vitamin D then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human OH Vitamin D, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm . The concentration of Human OH Vitamin Din the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

素 D被羟基( OH)化,形成羟基维生素 D( 1.25—或 25—),具有生理活性。认为维生素 D与碱性磷酸酶一起存在,就能分解体内的有机磷酸,引起无机磷和钙离子的增加,而有促进骨骼钙的沉积作用。因此, D也被用于血液中由于钙含量降低而引起的幼儿手足抽搐的治疗。生物学的定量法,是用具有 Ca∶ P=4.5∶ 1的比例且不含 D的饲料喂养幼小的白鼠,使之患佝偻病,然后再进行检查,观察治疗和预防效果的程度。化学方面没有太好的有效方法,有测定 265毫微米的最大吸收或把 D溶于 SbCl3 的氯仿溶液
