Human Serine/Arginine-related protein 53,RSRC1 ELISA KIT
Product Name:Human Serine/Arginine-related protein 53,RSRC1 ELISA KIT
Packing:96T
Catalog No.:Human RSRC1 ELISA KIT
Gene Name:RSRC1
Detect Range:0.312-20 ng/mL
Sensitivity:0.039ng/mL
Target Protein Name:Human RSRC1
Alternative Name:Human RSRC1
Sample type:serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA type:Sandwich ELISA Kit
Product Description:Human RSRC1 ELISA KIT allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human RSRC1 concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.
ELISA Test Principle:
The microtiter plate provided in Human RSRC1 ELISA KIT has been pre-coated with an Human RSRC1 antibody specific to Human RSRC1 .Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody preparation specific for Human RSRC1 and then avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human RSRC1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm.The concentration of Human RSRC1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

文献和实验Induction of p53 Protein as a Marker for Ionizing Radiation Exposure In Vivo
The use of ionizing radiation as a therapeutic agent has been recognized for almost a century, and continues to be widely used for the treatment and palliation of many human cancers. Ionizing radiation can also be mutagenic or lethal
Identification of TP53 Mutations in Human Cancers Using Oligonucleotide Microarrays
TP53 mutations are the most common genetic alterations in human malignancies. Since it was first discovered in 1989, more than 1700 different TP53 mutations have been described at more than 310 distinct resides. According to the most recent
Mutation in the p53 gene is the most frequently found genetic abnormality in human tumors, resulting in increased resistance to chemo- and radiotherapy (1 ,2 ). The underlying rationale for p53 -mediated cancer gene therapy is to restore
