Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MERS-CoV Nucleoprotein antibody (GTX134868) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant MERS-CoV Nucleocapsid protein (GTX135653-pro) (88.75-1.39 nM). Coated protein was probed with MERS-CoV Nucleoprotein antibody (GTX134868) (1 μg/mL). Rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.
Non-infected and infected Vero B4 whole cell extracts (20 μg) were separated by gradient gel, and the membrane was blotted with MERS-CoV Nucleoprotein antibody (GTX134868) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
