一般描述
Pluronicpluronic® F-127，也称为泊洛沙姆407，是一种无毒非离子共聚物。它含有以三嵌段结构排列的聚环氧乙(yǐ)烷-聚环氧丙烷，形成PEO-PPO-PEO对称。这种聚合物的表面活性剂特性来源于其两亲性，使它们能够与疏水表面和生物膜相互作用。
应用
Pluronic® F-127已用于:
- 作为肽到伤口部位的递送系统，以研究肽对小鼠伤口愈合的影响。
- 作为 PDMS(聚二甲基硅氧烷）印章的表面涂层，使其具有水凝胶排斥性。
- 制备用于测量神经活动的钙指示剂储备溶液。
- 作为磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)的成分，可降低非特异性细胞和蛋白质对基于PDMS的微流体装置的粘附。
- 这种非离子共聚物表面活性剂适合作为消泡剂用于昆虫细胞培养应用。
生化/生理作用
