概述

CCL3L1,also named LD78-beta,is belonging to the intercrine beta(chemokine CC)family and it is encoded by the CCL3L1 gene in humans.This protein binds to several chemokine receptors including chemokine binding protein 2(CCBP2 or D6)and chemokine(C-C motif)receptor 5(CCR5).It is an inhibitor of HIV-1-infection and chemotactic for lymphocytes and monocytes.Recombinant human LD78β is a 7.8kDaprotein containing 70 amino acid residues,including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
