    Cytogenetic Analysis: This is a human cell line with the hypodiploid chromosome count. The modal chromosome number was 44, occurring in 30% of cells. The rate of cells with higher ploidies was 2.8%. Twelve to 14 marker chromosomes were common to most cells. Among these were ins(1;?) (q11;?), ins(3) (q11q29), del(3) (p12/13), der(6)t(3;6) (p21;p25), t(15q21q) and seven to nine others. Normal N3 was absent, and N7 had three copies per cell. The X chromosome was single. There was no Y chromosome.
