检验原理：阿尔新蓝8GX(Alcian Blue 8GX) 是阿尔新蓝 (Alcian Blue) 家族的一种，广泛用于酸性多糖 (acidic polysaccharides) 的染色，例如软骨 (cartilages) 或其他组织中的糖胺聚糖 (glycosaminoglycans) 以及细胞分泌的外被多糖 (glycocalyx) 等。
在软骨诱导分化作用下，间充质干细胞 (MSC, Mesenchymal Stem Cell) 会被诱导成为软骨细胞(chondrocytes)。软骨细胞外具有一层富含蛋白多糖 (aggrecan) 的基质，是软骨分化的标志物，可被阿尔新蓝染成蓝色或蓝绿色。软骨被染色的深度会受到多种因素的影响，例如，细胞类型、细胞代数、分化时间和培养条件等。
