近期，Vectorlabs公司隆重推出VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™ Antifade Mounting Media防荧光淬灭剂产品，该产品采用全新的配方，克服了市面上其他防荧光淬灭产品的一些固有缺点，防荧光淬灭时间长、效果佳。该试剂使用方便，无需稀释操作，为即用型试剂。
VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™ Antifade Mounting Media这款产品将提供含或不含DAPI核染剂两种形式，2ml和10ml两种规格的产品。
产品特征：
● 组织固化前后，均没有蓝色或自发荧光背景——无背景；
● 室温保存载玻片，保存时间长且几乎不变形；
● 即使储存数周后，形成气泡的概率也很低；
● 在可见光谱和远红外光谱范围内均具有出色的防淬灭/抗光漂白性能；
● 使用一小时后可观察；
● 可与常用荧光基团相兼容；
● 产品形式灵活，具有含DAPI或不含DAPI两种形式;
● 产品保质期1年。
上图为人子宫(FFPE)组织染色结果：使用VectaFluor TM Duet双标记试剂盒(DK-8828)对Desmin(绿色)和细胞角蛋白(红色)进行染色，使用DyLight®649UEA I凝集素(紫色)对血管系统进行染色。使用含DAPI的VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™ Antifade Mounting Media防荧光淬灭封片剂对组织切片进行封片(蓝色)。
上图为人结肠(FFPE)组织切片的染色结果：使用荧光素标记的anti-mouse IgG二抗（FI-2000，绿色）对Cytokeratin进行染色，使用VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™ Antifade Mounting Media(H-1800,蓝色)防荧光淬灭封片剂对组织切片进行封片。
VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™封片剂与荧光团的兼容性
在整个光谱范围内，VECTASHIELD® Vibrance™ Antifade Mounting Media封片剂均具有出色的抗防淬灭特性，并可与大多数市售常用的荧光基团相兼容。下图显示了常用荧光基团与VECTASHIELD®VibranceTM防淬灭封片剂搭配使用后信号保留的强弱情况：
