DIRECTIONS:
- Remove high-density polyethylene vial holder and foam insert from polycarbonate unit.
DO NOT discard foam insert.
- add 100% isopropyl alcohol (250ml) to fill line.DO NOT overfill.
- Carefully replace foam insert and vial holder.
- Place vials containing sample into holes in vial holder.
- Place unit in bottom of -70℃mechanical freezer.leave undisturbed for a minimum of 4 hours.
- Remove frozen vials from unit and place in a permanent ,long-term storage freezer (e.g.-130 ℃or below)
NOTE:Store at room temperature when not in use.Replace alcohol every fifth use.
Refer to the Nalgene ladware catalog for the proper method of cleaning the device.
The vial holder floats with vials in place and can be used as a floating rack when thawing samples.
