Wild-type (WT) and DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT835] (GTX635179) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT835] (GTX635179) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT835] detects DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan stained by DAG1 / beta Dystroglycan antibody [GT835] (GTX635179) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
