描述：近年来，使用从唾液中分离的外泌体进行诊断引起了越来越多的关注，因为唾液样品采集十分简单。但是，从唾液样本中分离外泌体却具有极大的挑战，因为唾液样品中除了含有细胞和细胞碎片，还存在大量的淀粉酶，粘蛋白和糖蛋白等，使样品粘稠且难以操作。一般唾液样品需要使用超声和稀释进行预处理，但即使经过预处理，仍然难以处理。本试剂盒针对唾液样品的外泌体提取设计，使用专用的唾液离心柱来解决这些问题。高粘度唾液样品通过离心柱即可转化为非粘稠样品，配合使用高效的非PEG配方外泌体沉淀试剂，可最少从100μl的唾液样品中有效沉淀外泌体。特点：1、高效处理粘稠的唾液样品2、无PEG沉淀试剂配方3、小样品处理量：最小100ul样品即可
