    胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 1(Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding
    Protein 1，IGFBP-1)也被称为胎盘蛋白 12(PP12)，是一种由 IGFBP1 基
    因编码的蛋白。IGFBP 超家族中有 6 种高亲和力形式的 IGFBP，分别为
    IGFBP-1~ IGFBP-6，另外还包括至少 4 种低亲和力的 IGFBP，称其为
    IGFBP-Rp（IGFBP related proteins）。IGFBP-1 是 IGF 结合蛋白家族中
    的第一个成员，共有 234 个氨基酸，分子量为 25.3-31kDa。IGFBP-1 的
    主要生物学意义是运输和调节胰岛素样生长因子 1（IGF-1）与受体的结
    合，同时在其他一些疾病的发生和发展中也具有重要意义，特别是内分
    泌疾病如糖尿病、甲亢、肥胖、多囊卵巢综合征。
