Description
Hyaluronidases are a family of enzymes that catalyse the degradation of hyaluronic acid (HA). In humans, there are five functional hyaluronidases: HYAL1, HYAL2, HYAL3, HYAL4 and HYAL5 (also known as SPAM1 or PH-20)，The hyaluronidase supplied by our company is recombinant PH-20, which is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps.

Properties
Dilution
It is recommended to use phosphate buffer for dilution. If the solution is stored after dilution, the pH value of the buffer should not exceed 7.0.
Stability
-70±15℃ for long-term storage(over 3 months), 2-8℃ for short-term storage(less than 3 months), away from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
