novoprotein肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的简介:
主要由活化的单核/巨噬细胞产生,能杀伤和抑制肿瘤细胞,促进中性粒细胞吞噬,抗感染,引起发热,诱导肝细胞急性期蛋白合成,促进髓样白血病细胞向巨噬细胞分化,促进细胞增殖和分化,是重要的炎症因子,并参与某些自身免疫病的病理损伤。
TNF-α是一种单核因子,主要由单核细胞和巨噬细胞产生,IFN-γ、M-CSF、GM-CSF对单核细胞/巨噬细胞产生TNF-α有刺激作用。TNF-β是一种淋巴因子,抗原和丝裂原均可刺激T淋巴细胞分泌TNF-β。PMA刺激RPMI1788B淋巴母细胞可分泌高水平TNF-β。TNF-α与TNF-β的生物学作用极为相似,发挥生物学效应的天然形式是同源的三聚体。TNFα描述:TNFα是一个同源三聚体,每个亚基的分子量为17kDa,它在生长调节、分化、炎性反应、病毒复制、肿瘤发生、自身免疫性疾病以及病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生虫感染中都起到重要的作用。
