Arabidopsis（14 day old，Col-0, dcp5-1 and ssf-2 seedlings；1 mM Cordycepin）
Briefly, 14-day-old Col-0, dcp5-1 and ssf-2 seedlings were incubated in 3 mL of incubation buffer (1 mM Tris–HCl pH 7.5, 1 mM NaCl, 1 mM KCl, 15 mM sucrose) with rotation at 75 rpm in 12-well plates for 15 min. The incubation solution was then replaced with 3 mL of fresh buffer containing 1 mM cordycepin (Solarbio, Beijing, China, cat: 70-03-0). Samples incubated at 22 °C were harvested at different time points (0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, and 12 h), frozen in liquid nitrogen, and subjected to total RNA isolation and RT-qPCR analysis as de_x005f scribed above.

文献和实验草甸上。带子座的菌核(僵虫)即药材冬虫夏草，含虫草酸，能补肺益肾，止血化痰。虫草属(cordyceps)有130多种，我国有20多种，其中如蛹草菌C．militaris (L．)Link.、凉山虫草(C．liangshanensis Zang．Hu et Liu)、亚香棒菌C．hawkesii Gray．等，它们的带子座的菌核和冬虫夏草有相似的疗效，从蛹草菌的培养物中可得到虫草素。蝉花菌C．sobolifera Hill Berk．et Br．带子座菌核能清热祛风，镇惊明日。
