    人趋化因子配体 1（Chemokine C-C Motif Ligand 1，CCL1）是一种
    由活化的 T 细胞分泌的小分子糖蛋白，属于趋化因子炎性细胞因子家族。
    CCL1 通过与细胞表面趋化因子受体 CCR8 相互作用，吸引单核细胞、
    NK 细胞、未成熟 B 细胞和树突状细胞。CCL1 的 cDNA 序列可编码由
    96 个氨基酸残基组成的前体蛋白，其中包含一个疏水性的信号肽序列，
    信号肽剪切后产生一个由 73 个氨基酸残基组成的成熟蛋白。CCL1 大小
    约为 15-16kDa，其序列中包含一个潜在的 N-连接的时候糖基化位点，
    通过 CCL1 的氨基酸序列可知该蛋白属于趋化因子β亚家族的成员。
