    CX3CL1是一种结构独特的趋化因子。可溶性CX3CL1对单核细胞、
    T 细胞有较强的趋化能力, 作为一种强效的趋化物作用于表达 CX3CL1
    的细胞,。CX3C 趋化因子受体 1（CX3CR1）是 CX3CL1 的特异性受体,
    来源于血管壁损伤后平滑肌细胞分化的物质。人类 CX3CL1 基因定位于
    人 16 号染色体 q13 片段。CX3CR1 是 G 蛋白耦联受体, 由 355 个氨基
    酸组成, CX3CR1 基因定位于 3p21-3pter, 并与一簇 CC 趋化因子受体的
    基因相邻, 含有趋化因子受体保守序列— DRY。越来越多的研究结果显
    示 CX3CL1 与其受体相互作用在一系列炎性、感染、神经病学及肿瘤性
    疾病中发挥重要作用。
