    CCL28 又称为黏膜相关上皮趋化因子（MEC），是趋化因子 CC 家
    族中的一员，能够在大部分粘膜组织的上皮如肠道、呼吸道和皮肤均组
    成性表达。CCL28 编码 127 个 氨基酸，其中 N 端的 22 个氨基酸为信
    号肽，其受体有 CCR10 和 CCR3。受体能够募集 T 细胞、嗜酸性粒细
    胞、产生 IgA 的 B 细胞到达局部组织。CCL28 虽然为组成性表达的趋
    化因子，却可被炎性因子诱导其表达上调。 CCL28 可以吸引 IgA 抗体
    分泌细胞。 CCL28 选择性吸引小肠与非小肠的黏膜组织中的 IgA
    ASC， 对黏膜组织 IgA 免疫浆母细胞的定位起到了重要的作用。
    CCL28 在正常生理下的局部免疫应答以及肿瘤发生发展过程中具有重
    要的作用。
