    IL-9 主要是由 Th9 细胞产生，此外肥大细胞、嗜酸性细胞、中性粒
    细胞、其他淋巴细胞亚群也可以分泌。成熟分子含 126 个氨基酸，包括
    10 个半胱氨酸；由于糖基化不同，分子量为 30~40KD；经过 n-聚糖酶
    处理后，分子量降到 15KD。小鼠 IL-9 基因定位于 13 号染色体上，人
    IL-9 基因定位于 5 号染色体上，二者有着类似的基因构成，分别有 5 个
    外显子和 4 个内含子。人与小鼠的 5 个外显子大小相同，在核酸、蛋白
    水平上的同源性各为 69％、55％。IL-9 的受体是红细胞生成素受体超家
    族中的一员，由两条链组成：α链和 Y 链，Y 链与 IL-2R、IL-4R、IL-7R、
    IL-15R 共用。IL-9R 广泛表达在淋巴细胞亚群、造血祖细胞、肥大细胞、
    巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、气道上皮细胞、未成熟神经元等细胞表面，决
    定了 IL-9 作用的多样性。
