    背景介绍
    白细胞介素 8(IL-8)为趋化因子超家族中的一员。人类 IL-8 的 cDNA
    序列含 99 个氨基酸残基,含 4 个 Cys,无 N 糖基化位点,IP8.0～8.5,分子量
    为 8.3kD,耐热、耐碱、耐胰蛋白酶,但对巯基化合物敏感。单核细胞、巨
    噬细胞、内皮细胞、多形核白细胞(PMN)、成纤维细胞、Ⅰ型上皮细胞及
    支气管上皮细胞等均能产生 IL-8,在肺部可能以巨噬细胞为主。
    IL-8 是由
    单核/巨噬细胞产生的单核因子,对中性粒细胞、T 淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒
    细胞具有趋化作用,能够调节 T、B 淋巴细胞成熟分化的激素样分子,在炎
    症反应、免疫调节中起重要作用。
