DTT即DL-Dithiothreitol，中文名为二硫苏糖醇。分子式为C4H10O2S2，分子量为154.25，纯度>99%。常用还原剂，有抗氧化作用。DTT和巯基乙醇相比，作用相似，但DTT的刺激性气味要小很多，毒性也比巯基乙醇低很多。而且DTT比巯基乙醇的浓度低7倍时，两者效果相近，但DTT价格略高一些。是一种还原蛋白质S-S键的试剂；生化研究用作巯基保护剂；酶的专一性抑制剂；测定酶活力。
