Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.

In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4°C in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.

Reconstitute with H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, cell depletion.
This antibody recognizes both Ly-6G and Ly-6C (granulocyte receptor 1- Gr-1). Ly-6G is expressed on most myeloid cells in the bone marrow and all peripheral granulocytes. Ly-6C is also expressed on subsets of lymphocytes and monocytes. For flow cytometry, use 10 µl/10⁶ cells. Exact titer for cell depletion in vivo (cytotoxicity) should be determined by the investigator.

This antibody is also available conjugated to biotin and FITC.
