Zinc Binding Alcohol Dehydrogenase Domain Containing 2, also known as ZADH2, is a protein coding gene which is a part of the zinc-containing alcohol dehydrogenase family.

ZADH2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 368 amino acids (33-377) and having a molecular mass of 39kDa.
ZADH2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

The ZADH2 solution (0.25mg/1ml) contains Phosphate buffer saline (pH 7.4) and 20% glycerol.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
