RAB18 member RAS oncogene family, RAB18LI1, WARBM3, RAB18 small GTPase, ras-related protein Rab-18.

RAB18 belongs to a family of Ras-related small GTPase which is lipid-anchored to the cytoplasmic side of the cell membrane. RAB18 takes part in API-CAl recycling, endocytosis and protein transport between early endosomes and the plasma membrane.

RAB18 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 221 amino acids (1-206) and having a molecular mass of 24.5 kDa.
RAB18 is fused to a 15 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

The RAB18 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5) and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
