NudE Neurodevelopment Protein 1-Like 1 also known as NDEL1 is a coiled-coil protein which participates in multiple processes as well as cytoskeletal organization, cell signaling and neuron migration, outgrowth and maintenance. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for NDEL1, and a pseudogene of this gene is placed on the long arm of chromosome X. One of the diseases associated with NDEL1 is iridocyclitis.

NDEL1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 351 amino acids (1-328 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 39.4kDa. NDEL1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

NDEL1 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
