Ras-related protein M-Ras, Ras-related protein R-Ras3, MRAS, RRAS3, M-RAs, R-RAS3.

Ras-related protein M-Ras (MRAS) is a member of the RAS superfamily. These family members are membrane-anchored, intracellular signal transducers in charge of various normal cellular functions. They are oncogenically stimulated in a substantial fraction of tumors. MRAS serves as a significant signal transducer for novel upstream stimuli in controlling cell proliferation.

MRAS Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids (1-205 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 25.7kDa.
MRAS is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

MRAS protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 5mM DTT, 40% glycerol, 200mM NaCl and 2mM EDTA.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
