文献和实验CD80 produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (37-246 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.7kDa (Migrates at 28-40kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD80 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
