MAPK10 is part of the MAP kinase protein family. MAP Kinases perform as assimilation point for many biochemical pathways. The enzyme also takes part in wide range of cellular pathways: differentiation, proliferation, development and transcription regulation.

MAPK10 produced in Sf9 Insect cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing  470 amino acids (1-464 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of  53.4kDa.

MAPK10 is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sf9, Baculovirus cells.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

MAPK10 is protein solution ( 0.25mg/ml) contains Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4), 30% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 0.1mM PMSF.

Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
