Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ERR alpha antibody [N1], N-term (GTX108166) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with MCF-7 chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-ERR alpha antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to PS2 promoter or GAPDH promoter.
