Hsp90 beta antibody [N2C2], Internal detects Hsp90 beta protein at cytosol on whole-mount zebrafish embryos by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: PFA-fixed zebrafish embryos.

GTX101423 diluted at 1:1000
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hsp90 beta antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX101423) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HSP90 beta antibody [N2C2], Internal (GTX101423) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
