Wild-type (WT) and COMT knockout (KO) HEK293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COMT antibody (GTX101233) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
ELISA detection of COMT using GTX101233 for capture at a concentration of 2.5 μg/mL and GTX89277 for detection at a concentration of 0.5 μg/mL.
COMT antibody detects COMT protein by Western blot analysis.
