Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Filamin B antibody [N1], N-term (GTX101206) diluted at 1:6000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Filamin B antibody detects Filamin B protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Filamin B antibody (GTX101206) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
