C/EBP alpha antibody immunoprecipitates C/EBP alpha protein in IP experiments. IP Sample: HepG2 whole cell lysate/extract A : Control with 3 μg of pre-immune rabbit IgG B : Immunoprecipitation of C/EBP alpha by 3 μg of C/EBP alpha antibody (GTX100674) 10% SDS-PAGE The immunoprecipitated C/EBP alpha protein was detected by C/EBP alpha antibody (GTX100674) diluted at 1:500. EasyBlot anti-rabbit IgG (HRP) (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
Cross-linked ChIP was performed with A549 chromatin extract and 5 μg of either control rabbit IgG or anti-C/EBP alpha antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to CAMP promoter.
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with C/EBP alpha antibody [N1], N-term (GTX100674) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
