Untreated (–) and treated (+) THP-1 whole cell extract (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COX2 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100656) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COX2 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100656) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident femto Western HRP Substrate.
Untreated (–) and treated (+) RAW264.7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with COX2 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX100656) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
