Sample: Mock and treated HCT116 cells were fixed in 4% PFA at RT for 15 min.
Green: p53 (mono-methyl Lys372) stained by p53 (mono-methyl Lys372) antibody (GTX117515) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
