Immunoprecipitation of Liprin alpha 1 protein from A431 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of Liprin alpha 1 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX115098).
Western blot analysis was performed using Liprin alpha 1 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX115098).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.
Liprin alpha 1 antibody detects Liprin alpha 1 protein by Western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Liprin alpha 1 antibody (GTX115098) diluted by 1:1000.
