Carboxypeptidase B antibody [N3C3] detects Carboxypeptidase B protein at cytoplasm in mouse pancreas by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse pancreas.
Carboxypeptidase B antibody [N3C3] (GTX114334) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Carboxypeptidase B antibody [N3C3] (GTX114334) diluted at 1:50000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
