HepG2 whole cell and membrane extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with TRPM2 antibody [N1N2-2], N-term (GTX112252) diluted at 1:500 and competitor's antibody (ACC-043) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
