抗凝血酶III（Antithrombin，AT-III）概述 抗凝血酶III（AT-III），又称抗凝血酶（AT），是一种由肝脏合成的糖蛋白，属于丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制蛋白家族。除肝脏外，肺、肾、心、脾、肠、脑等器官也能合成AT。AT存在两种形式：α-AT（占90%）和β-AT（占10%）。 AT的功能机制 AT通过其反应中心环与靶蛋白酶的丝氨酸活性位点形成稳定复合物，从而不可逆地抑制凝血因子Ⅸa、Ⅹa、Ⅺa、Ⅻa以及Ⅶa与组织因子形成的复合体。这种抑制作用使其具有显著的抗血栓功能
