JMJD3 antibody [C2], C-term detects JMJD3 protein at nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat lymph node.
JMJD3 stained by JMJD3 antibody [C2], C-term (GTX124222) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with JMJD3 antibody [C2], C-term (GTX124222) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
