Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using HNRNPM(GTX114999) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of PFA-fixed HeLa, using HNRNPM(GTX114999) antibody (Green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (Red) at 1:2000.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HNRNPM antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX114999) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
