EIF4A1 antibody detects EIF4A1 protein by Western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EIF4A1 antibody (GTX107319) diluted by 1:3000.
Immunofluorescence analysis of methanol-fixed HeLa, using EIF4A1(GTX107319) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using EIF4A1(GTX107319) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
Immunoprecipitation of EIF4A1 protein from HepG2 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of EIF4A1 antibody (GTX107319).
Western blot analysis was performed using EIF4A1 antibody (GTX107319).
